Kaleidoscope is a creative agency specializing in brand packaging design, marketing support, and strategic brand solutions. We partner with both established brands and emerging start-ups to deliver design solutions that are strategically grounded, beautifully crafted, and built to perform across a wide variety of industries.
ROLE SUMMARY
As a Designer, you contribute across all phases of project development—from concept through execution—bringing strong conceptual skills, solid craft, and a developing point of view to packaging and brand identity work. You collaborate closely with senior team members and cross-functional partners, applying feedback thoughtfully, owning your workstreams, and delivering high-quality creative solutions with reliability and growing autonomy.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute concepts for packaging and brand identity work, translating strategy and briefs into thoughtful, on-brief design solutions.
• Build and articulate a developing creative point of view, contributing concepts across fidelity levels—from early sketches through refined final artwork.
• Actively participate in internal project WIPs and working sessions; incorporate feedback thoughtfully while maintaining design intent.
• Own priorities, timelines, and budgeted hours for assigned workstreams; proactively communicate risks and questions to creative and account partners.
• Apply strong standards of craftsmanship, typography, composition, and production feasibility; contribute to system consistency across portfolios.
• Collaborate with Account and Implementation partners to support smooth delivery, quality control, and positive client outcomes.
• Support and learn from senior team members through collaboration, feedback, and shared best practices.
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies; apply learnings to improve creative output and efficiency.

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations.
• Use AI and automation thoughtfully within everyday workflows to support ideation, efficiency, and execution—while maintaining craft, ethics, and brand integrity.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 2–5 years of design experience, ideally including packaging and/or brand identity work (agency preferred).
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and relevant design tools.
• Strong strategic and aesthetic sensibility; ability to translate objectives into compelling design solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 - Hybrid Work & Benefits
